Privacy Policy

This policy explains what EzPz Sites collects through ezpzsites.com, why we use it, and the choices available to you. It applies to this website and the information you submit to EzPz Sites.

Information You Provide

When you contact us, request information, request a free Website & Local Visibility Audit, or request a free full map and review after a rank check, we receive the information you choose to submit. Depending on the form, that may include:

• Your name, email address, and phone number.
• Your business name and current website address.
• Whether you have a Google Business Profile.
• Your message and information about your business or website needs.
• A limited source category associated with your request.

We use this information to respond to your request, prepare and discuss a requested audit, provide requested services, follow up about services relevant to your request, maintain our business records, and protect our forms from abuse. Our form infrastructure and service providers may process technical request information, such as an IP address, when delivering or protecting the form.

If you give us a phone number, we may call or text you about your request and our services. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, or reply STOP to any text message. We do not sell your contact information or share it with other companies for their marketing.

Free Google Maps Rank Check

When you use our rank check, the business name you type is sent to Google to find matching businesses. When you choose one, we receive that business’s public Google details, such as its name, address, map location, and category, and we run Google Maps searches near that location and show the searched spots on a Google map. We keep the check, its results, and a limited source category for up to 30 days to show you your results, prevent repeated checks, and improve the tool.

To limit abuse, we keep a one-way keyed code derived from your IP address instead of the address itself. If you ask for your full map, the details you submit are handled like the other form requests described above. Google describes its own practices in the Google Privacy Policy.

Website Activity Measurement

We record when someone selects a phone or email link, together with the page, general link location, and a limited source category. This first-party measurement does not store the destination phone number or email address, raw page or referral URLs, form contents, cookies, IP addresses, device identifiers, or visitor identities. A recorded selection does not prove a unique visitor, completed call, delivered email, or sale.

Basic Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 for basic website measurement. It helps us understand visits, page views, traffic sources, approximate city or country, browser and device categories, and selected business-link interactions. The Google tag may set a first-party client identifier cookie and sends measurement data, including page information, to Google. Google states that an IP address is used during collection to derive approximate location and is discarded before it is logged.

We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form answers, chat messages, or other visitor-entered content to Google Analytics. Our named click events use controlled labels and page paths without query strings. They do not send the selected phone number, email address, link text, or link destination.

We currently use this Analytics property for basic reporting, not ecommerce tracking, remarketing, or personalized advertising. Before enabling those additional uses, we will review this policy and add an appropriate sitewide consent mechanism.

EzPz Central retrieves and presents Google Analytics reports for us; it does not create the underlying Google activity. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Chat

Google Analytics uses a first-party identifier cookie to distinguish browser clients and measure use of this website. You can limit or delete cookies through your browser settings, although doing so can reduce the completeness of Analytics reporting.

Our chat provider is separate from Google Analytics. The chat service does not load until you select Allow chat. We store that preference in your browser so we can remember your choice, and the chat provider may then use its own cookies and process information you enter into the conversation.

Service Providers

We use Cloudflare to host and protect the website, validate forms with Turnstile, and store accepted form submissions and rank check records in Cloudflare D1. Turnstile processes browser, device, network, and interaction signals needed to distinguish people from automated traffic; Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not access, store, or transmit form entries or other page inputs.

We use Brevo to deliver an internal transactional email notification containing the details submitted through a contact or audit form. We use Google Maps Platform to find businesses for the rank check. We also use service providers to measure aggregate website activity and provide optional chat. These providers process information for the services they supply and under their own applicable terms and privacy commitments.

Retention

We retain contact and audit requests and related operational records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, prepare requested audits, provide services, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Google Analytics retains measurement data according to the settings for our Analytics property.

Your Choices

• You may use browser controls to limit or delete cookies.
• You may choose not to load the optional chat service.
• You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information you submitted, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
